Training
I provide training in Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) for school staff, psychologists and other mental health professionals working with young people.
My workshops focus on building practical understanding and confidence in using DBT skills with dysregulated children and adolescents. Training sessions are highly interactive and experiential, allowing participants to learn the skills while also experiencing how they can be applied in real-life settings.
