Therapy

I provide therapy from rooms at Nurtured State, a private practice in Hobart, Tasmania. I work primarily with adolescents and young adults up to the age of 25.

I have a particular strength in supporting young people who experience significant emotional dysregulation or who may engage in high-risk behaviours. My work is always grounded in a trauma-informed approach, with a focus on helping young people build practical skills to manage emotions, strengthen relationships and create meaningful change in their lives.

My ways of working:

I support young people and their families who are experiencing mental health challenges, by respecting each person’s inherent worth, building on existing strengths and nurturing inner resources to create unique treatment plans for each person that fits their values and world view.
